As Centre Director, you will work closely with a highly experienced, empathetic, and approachable Area Manager who understands the demands of your role. To support you in your daily responsibilities, you will be backed by an Assistant Director and an Educational Leader, both full-time, off-the-floor who are motivated and committed to supporting the wider team.
