As Centre Director, you will work closely with a highly experienced, empathetic, and approachable Area Manager who understands the demands of your role. You will also receive ongoing support from a passionate and enthusiastic Pedagogical Leader. To support you in your daily responsibilities, you will be backed by an Assistant Director and an Educational Leader, both full-time, off-the-floor who are motivated and committed to supporting the wider team.
